Returns and Exchanges Policy

The return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

ITEMS THAT DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR RETURN:
- Customized products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable articles.
- Freebies you receive with every order.
- Surprise packs.
- Mystery boxes.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

To return your product, you must send it by post to the address provided in the email.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that I have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.
