Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing the tracking number. The tracking number will be active after 24 hours.
ORDER PREPARATION TIME
All orders take 2-4 business days to process. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
SPECIAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS (T-SHIRTS AND SWEATSHIRTS)
T-shirts and sweatshirts are produced by an external company and have an additional shipping cost: €9.90 for the first item and €3.75 for each additional item (approximate prices).
The delivery time for externally produced products is 20 to 25 business days.

- Free shipping for purchases over €80 (3-5 business days).
- Standard shipping: €4.50 (3-5 business days) (max 2kg)
- Express shipping: €8,50 (1-2 business days) (max 2kg)
- Standard shipping: €5.50 (3-5 business days) (max 5kg)
- Express shipping: €8,50 (1-2 business days) (max 5kg)
SPAIN - CANARY ISLANDS:
- Standard shipping: €10 (3-5 business days) (max 2kg)
- Express shipping: €12 (1-2 business days) (max 2kg)
- Standard shipping: €18 (3-5 business days) (max 5kg)
- Express shipping: €20 (1-2 business days) (max 5kg)
INTERNATIONAL:
- Europe: Standard Shipping: €30
- Rest of countries: Standard shipping: 30€

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders can only be cancelled during the processing period. To do so, you must send an email to magicintheatticshop@gmail.com. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
If you cancel your order, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days and it will be deposited into the same account with which the order was placed.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, TARIFFS AND TAXES
Magic in the Attic is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
Magic in the Attic is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
