Return and Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it.
Items that are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable items.
- Freebies received with each order.
- Surprise packs.
- Mystery boxes.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Return Process:
To return your product, you must mail it to the address that will be provided to you via email.
Return Confirmation:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that the item has been received and with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card within a certain number of days.
