Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders take 2 to 4 business days to process. Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, I will contact you via email.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders over €70 for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. (3-5 business days)
  • Standard shipping: €4.50 (3-5 business days)
  • Express shipping: €10 (1-2 business days)

Currently, Magic in the Attic only ships to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Products with Special Shipping (T-shirts and Sweatshirts)
T-shirts and sweatshirts are produced by an external company and have an additional shipping cost: €9.90 for the first item and €3.75 for each additional item (approximate prices).
The delivery time for externally produced products is 20 to 25 business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled during the processing period. To cancel your order, you must send an email to magicintheatticshop@gmail.com. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been produced (for personalized products) or shipped (for non-customizable products).

If you cancel your order, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days, and it will be deposited into the same account used for the order.

Customs Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
Magic in the Attic is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Losses
Magic in the Attic is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
